These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WAScanner Chrome extension and website ("Service"), operated by WAScanner ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a license or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use WAScanner. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the WAScanner Chrome extension for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

WAScanner is offered at Rs. 699 per month, billed annually. Pricing is subject to change with notice. Any changes will not affect your current billing period.
Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay will result in suspension of your license until payment is received.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you notify us of cancellation before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 90284 46832. Your license will remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the extension, please contact support and we will work to resolve it promptly.
If you change your WhatsApp phone number, you may request a license transfer to your new number at no additional cost by contacting us. We will process transfer requests within one business day.
You agree to use WAScanner only for lawful purposes. You must not use WAScanner to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of collected phone numbers complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to consent requirements under TRAI regulations, GDPR, or other applicable data protection frameworks.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, or Google.
We aim to keep WAScanner operational and up to date. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may push updates to the extension from time to time to maintain compatibility with WhatsApp Web or Chrome. These updates are included in your subscription at no additional charge.
WhatsApp may change its web interface at any time without notice. While we work promptly to restore compatibility after such changes, we cannot guarantee immediate availability during such periods.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately, without refund, if you:
WAScanner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Chrome or WhatsApp Web at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAScanner and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All rights, title, and interest in and to WAScanner, including all code, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via WhatsApp. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
